Nepal- real heaven of earth




When we look in the earths map it´s quite difficult to find out the map of Nepal. Nepal is small country which lies between China and India. It is very beautiful country.It is a country where lord Buddha(light of asia) was born,where the highest peak of the world mt.everest lies.Economically Nepal is poor country but it is very rich in natural beauty and in culture.Among the 10 highest peak of the world,8 highest peak lies in nepal.
Nepal is a multi-cultural, multi-linguistic and multi religious country. For a relatively small country, Nepal has a diverse landscape, ranging from the humid Terai plains in the south to the mountainous Himalayas in the north, which makes it a major tourist destination. Hinduism is practiced by a huge majority of the people, but the country also has a strong Buddhist tradition; Lumbini, the birthplace of Buddha Siddhartha Gautama is located in the Terai, one of the three regions of Nepal.

Kathmandu is the largest city in the country. The official language is Nepali and the state currency is the Nepalese Rupee (NPR). Nepal's Flag is the only national flag in the world that is non-quadrilateral in shape. The blue border on the flag of Nepal signifies peace, red stands for the rhododendron, the national flower of Nepal. Nepal has established 7 National Parks and 3 wildlife reserves for the protection of the endangered species. There is only one hunting reserve in Nepal. These parks and reserves comes under the administration of the National Parks and Wildlife Conservation Department of the Government of Nepal. The total area covered by these parks and reserves is 11,001 square kilometers (4,247 square miles). This represents 8% of the total area of Nepal.
